Welcome to Lumio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pawsafe.live, our motion-sensor lights, and related accessories (together, the "Service"). By placing an order or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You're responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide at checkout.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We don't store your full payment card details on our servers.
  • We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel, we'll refund any amount charged.
  • Volume discount codes (e.g. LUMIO2PK, LUMIO4PK) require the minimum qualifying quantity in cart and cannot be combined with other offers.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders typically ship within 24 business hours. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and aren't guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Product use & safety

  • Lumio lights are battery-powered LED fixtures intended for indoor residential use. Use only the battery type specified on the product (3 × AAA, sold separately unless bundled).
  • Do not submerge, expose to extreme heat, or attempt to disassemble the unit. Keep batteries away from children.
  • Adhesive mounting pads are intended for clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Lumio is not responsible for damage to surfaces resulting from improper installation or removal.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing information through the site.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Lumio name, logo, website, photos, and copy are owned by Lumio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumio and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lumio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
